When orders are shipped, their status is updated to “shipped” in your account area. You should receive an email confirmation when the status of your order is updated, but sometimes these emails are caught by spam filters. Please log into your account to check your order status.
 
>> What is the recommended dose for this herb?
Our products are not sold for consumption. We will not answer any questions regarding the consumption of the herbs we sell. We are not doctors nor herbalists, and are not able to advise the use of any herbs.
 
>> Where can I track my packages?
We ship all packages USPS. You can enter your delivery confirmation number at usps.com to get some information about the status of your order. The delivery confirmation or tracking number for your order can be found by logging into your account. This information is also sent along with the order update email that was sent when we shipped your package.

>> Why is the status of my order not showing at usps.com?
First-class and Priority Mail packages come with delivery confirmation, which allows you to check if the package has been delivered. Other updates may be available, but are not guaranteed. It is common for usps.com to not show any information about a package until delivery.


Our Products are not sold for human consumption.  Your order/account may be cancelled if you indicate you are misusing our products.
